Shashlik made from white meat is a true culinary art passed down through generations. The recipe is based on tender pork infused with the aroma of Riesling and olive oil, complemented by spices and onions. This marinade makes the meat especially juicy and tender, while the spices add a piquant flavor. The marinating process is a key stage that ensures a rich taste. After a long wait, the meat goes onto the coals, where it acquires a golden crust and an unforgettable aroma. This shashlik pairs perfectly with greens, fresh vegetables, and light sauces, making it an ideal treat for friendly gatherings and family celebrations. Russian cuisine is famous for its hospitality, and this shashlik is a vivid testament to that, filled with warmth of traditions and rich flavor.
