Rub the meat with black pepper.
- Ground black pepper: 0.5 teaspoon

Heat the pan over medium heat, lightly grease with vegetable oil, and add the meat. Brown on all sides for 3-4 minutes. Reduce to low heat, cover, and cook for 10 minutes. Flip and cook for another 10 minutes until done.
- Pork tenderloin: 500 g

In the same skillet, mix pineapple juice, sugar, sherry, and soy sauce. Cook for about 5 minutes until the sauce reduces to 0.25 cup. Pour over the meat and serve.
