We peel the potatoes and put them in a pot, also adding the peeled onion, and boil.
- Potato: 400 g
- Onion: 3 heads

Cut the hake fillet into pieces, season with salt and pepper to taste, and coat in flour. Beat the egg and season with salt. Heat oil in a pan.
- Hake fillet: 500 g
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Wheat flour: 50 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

When the oil is heated, dip the fillet in egg and immediately place it in the pan. Fry on both sides for about 10-15 minutes.
- Vegetable oil: 20 ml

Then place the sliced onion rings on top of the fried fillet and let it simmer. After about 10 minutes, remove from heat, the fish is ready.
- Onion: 3 heads

When the potatoes are cooked, we take them out and mash them into puree, add milk and a little of the water they were boiled in, and salt to taste. We place the puree and put the fish on top. The dish is ready. Enjoy your meal.
