Lamb in a crust of spices and green pepper is a true gastronomic delight infused with Eastern aromas. In Russian cuisine, lamb is often prepared with rich spices that reveal the depth of its flavor. Toasted cumin and coriander seeds combined with green pepper create a spicy and slightly piquant crust, complemented by the freshness of orange zest. A marinade based on garlic and olive oil gives the meat tenderness and rich flavor. Baked at high temperatures, the lamb remains juicy inside with a crispy aromatic crust. This dish is perfect for a festive table, especially when accompanied by roasted vegetables or fragrant bread. Each serving is a harmony of spices, warmth, and richness of flavors that will be remembered for a long time.
