Boil the egg noodles according to the instructions on the package.
- Egg noodles: 200 g

Rinse and dry the seafood.
- Seafood: 600 g

Fry finely chopped onion in vegetable oil over high heat, after 2 minutes add finely chopped tomatoes, fry for another 3 minutes.
- Onion: 1 head
- Tomatoes: 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons

Place the vegetables on a plate, leaving the oily juice in the pan, add seafood to it, and fry for 2 minutes over high heat. Then add the already fried vegetables, soy sauce, finely chopped herbs, and thyme sprigs. Cover with a lid and simmer for another 7 minutes on low heat.
- Seafood: 600 g
- Tomatoes: 2 pieces
- Soy sauce: 5 tablespoon
- Chopped parsley: 1 tablespoon
- Dill: 1 tablespoon
- Green onions: 2 stems
- Fresh thyme: 4 stems
- Freshly ground black pepper: to taste
