Lebanese-style chicken is a true embodiment of the aromas of Middle Eastern cuisine, combining tender meat and a spicy marinade. This recipe is rooted in Lebanese traditions where spices and fresh herbs play a key role in cooking. The yogurt marinade with coriander, cumin, and parsley gives the chicken extraordinary tenderness and richness of flavor, while lemon juice adds a pleasant tanginess. After marinating, the meat is grilled to a golden crust, acquiring a light smoky aroma. This dish is perfect for festive dinners or family gatherings, and its harmonious blend of spices makes it an ideal complement to fresh vegetables and flatbreads. Enjoy the taste of Lebanon in every bite!
