In a large pot, boil rice with turmeric in salted water. Drain.
- Turmeric: 10 g
- Long grain rice: 150 g

Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onion. Sauté until soft.
- Olive oil: 50 ml
- Onion: 1 head

Cut the chicken into small pieces and add it to the onion. Cook for 4 minutes, reducing the heat to medium.
- Chicken breast: 350 g

Add minced garlic, red pepper, halved beans, and chorizo. Fry for about 5 minutes.
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Fresh red pepper: 1 piece
- Chorizo: 150 g
- Green beans: 250 g

Add chopped fish, shrimp, and mussels and simmer for 8 minutes.
- White fish: 250 g
- Shrimps: 250 g
- Mussels in shells: 350 g

Pour everything with wine and broth and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 minute and add rice.
- Dry white wine: 250 ml
- Chicken broth: 150 ml
- Long grain rice: 150 g

In a clean pan, heat 10 ml of oil well and add the squid cut into rings. Fry for about 45 seconds.
- Olive oil: 50 ml
- Squid: 250 g

Add the squid to the other ingredients, sprinkle with spices, mix well, and serve immediately.
