- Turkey fillet: 300 g
- Chili pepper: to taste
- Grapefruits: 1 piece
- Soy sauce: 30 ml
- Roasted peanuts: 30 g
- Sesame oil: 15 ml
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Red onion: 0.5 head
- Green onions: 10 g
- Coriander: to taste

Cut the turkey into small strips.
