Celery cutlets are a delicate and aromatic dish that combines the freshness of vegetables with the rich flavor of cheese. Celery roots are valued in Russian cuisine for their refreshing aroma and health benefits. Here, they transform into surprisingly appetizing cutlets enriched with the tangy taste of sumac and a light saltiness from the cheese. The crispy crust formed during frying gives the dish an exquisite texture, while the softness inside makes it truly cozy. These cutlets can be served as a standalone dish or as a side to fresh salads and light sauces. They are perfect for those who strive for healthy eating but do not want to give up rich flavors and the pleasure of food.
