Clean the mussel shells and rinse them well.

Then pour them with water (the ratio of mussels to water is 1:2) and boil at a gentle simmer for 10-15 minutes until the shells open.
- Mussels: 12 pieces

Remove the cooked mussel meat, discard the byssus (attachment organ), and one of the shell halves.

Then rinse the mussel meat and place it back on the shell, spread sour cream on top, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Sour cream: 1 tablespoon
- Grated cheese: 2 tablespoons

Place the prepared mussels in a pan, add a little water, and put it in the oven.

Serve the cooked mussels with washed and dried lemon, sliced thinly.
