Shrimp in hot sauce

The recipe is taken from the book "Seafood. Very simple.

Process onion, tomato puree, ground coriander, turmeric, chili powder, 2 green chili pods, 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro, lemon juice, and salt in a food processor for 1 minute.
- Onion: 2 heads
- Tomato puree: 2 tablespoons
- Ground coriander: 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric: 0.3 teaspoon
- Ground chili pepper: 1 teaspoon
- Green chili pepper: 3 pieces
- Chopped cilantro (coriander): 3 tablespoons
- Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: 1 teaspoon

If the mixture seems too thick, dilute it with a small amount of water.

Chop the remaining green chili pepper and set it aside for garnishing the dish.
- Green chili pepper: 3 pieces

Heat the oil in a deep skillet.
- Corn oil: 3 tablespoons

Reduce the heat, add the spicy mixture to the oil, and sauté for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Tomato puree: 2 tablespoons

Dip the peeled shrimp into the sauce and sauté them, stirring, over medium heat until they are well heated, but do not overcook.
- King Prawns: 16 pieces

Transfer the shrimp and sauce to a serving dish, sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro (1 tablespoon) and green chili (1 pod), and serve immediately.
