Take chicken breast, cut it like for patties. Then gently pound it. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chicken fillet: 500 g
- Coarse salt: to taste

Cut the cheese into thin slices.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg.

Take one bit. Place cheese in the center and roll it up. Secure with a toothpick. Do this with all the bits.
