Heat oil in a wok or regular pan. Sauté finely chopped garlic until golden, add chili and fry for about 1 minute. Add thinly sliced beef, fish and oyster sauces, and salt, stirring slowly.
- Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
- Chili pepper: 1 teaspoon
- Beef: 200 g
- Fish sauce: 1 teaspoon
- Oyster sauce: 0.5 teaspoon
