Cutlets are one of the most famous dishes of Russian cuisine, symbolizing home comfort and hearty feasts. Their history begins in the traditions of European cuisine but over time they became a special element of the Russian table. These cutlets have a tender texture due to the combination of minced meat, onions, and spices. The slight spiciness of chili adds zest, while the golden crust after frying gives an appetizing crunch. Cutlets pair perfectly with fresh green salad, creating a balance of flavor and texture. They are suitable for family lunch or cozy dinner, filling the home with aromas of true home cooking.
