Dry the cod soaked overnight in water, remove the bones from the fillet, take off the skin, and cut the flesh into pieces.
- Salted cod fillet: 300 g

Place the fish in a pot, completely cover it with water, and bring to a boil. Then remove the pot from the heat, cover with a lid, and let it sit for 10 minutes, after which dry the cod again and process it in a food processor until smooth.

Mix the cod into the béchamel sauce first, then add the cream, gently heat the mixture.

Serve the puree immediately with fried triangular bread.
