Dorada with fresh basil

Dorada with fresh basil is an exquisite dish of Russian cuisine where the natural taste of fish combines with the aroma of fresh herbs and a citrus note of lemon. Dorada, known for its tender white fibers and juiciness, perfectly absorbs the flavors of basil while lemon adds a light tanginess. Historically, sea fish was rarely used in traditional Russian cuisine; however, modern gastronomic trends allow it to be paired with classic flavors. Baked in foil, dorada retains its juiciness and browning at the end makes it appetizingly golden. This dish is perfect for both everyday dinners and special occasions, delighting with its refined taste and elegant presentation.
