Cod is a large sea fish with juicy white meat. In Russian cuisine, cod is highly valued and serves as the basis for many traditional dishes. It is easy to get frozen fillets in stores and experiment with them in any variations. In Murmansk, they even erected a monument to cod, which flaunts in the main square of the city. It is also a very dietary fish, rich in protein. And it is very easy to prepare. Cod with tomatoes is baked in the oven in just fifteen minutes - just place all the ingredients in a cooking sleeve and shake.

In six heat-resistant bags for baking, place a piece of cod, a tablespoon of chopped parsley, four halved tomatoes, the juice of a quarter lemon, and a tablespoon of oil.
- Cod fillet: 1.2 kg
- Parsley: 120 g
- Cherry tomatoes: 24 pieces
- Lemon: 2 pieces
- Olive oil: 6 tablespoons
