Cut lean pork into 15-20 gram cubes, season with salt and pepper, and fry. Place in a pot.

Steam the peas or beans until half-cooked. Finely chop the onion, fry until golden, and add to the pot. Dice the potatoes, fry them, and also add to the pot. Then add the peas and finely chopped dill (or any other herbs to taste).
