Cut the sweet pepper into strips.
- Sweet pepper: 270 g

Chop the cabbage.
- White cabbage: 250 g
- Red cabbage: 250 g

Cut the shallot into thin strips.
- Shallots: 75 g

In a deep skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of fat with mustard oil.
- Duck fat: 2 tablespoons
- Mustard oil: 1 teaspoon

Put out the shallots. Set to medium heat.
