In a large bowl, combine 150 g of breadcrumbs, chopped onion, grated cheddar, herbs, mustard powder, salt, pepper, and yolk, and mix well. Divide the mixture into 12 parts and roll into sausages.

- Cheddar cheese: 110 g
- Green: 1 bunch
- Dry mustard: 0.8 teaspoon
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
