Cut the pork loin into portion pieces weighing 130–150 grams, salt, sprinkle with pepper, then place in a pan with heated fat and fry until a crispy crust forms on all sides.

Cut the washed quince into large wedges, remove the seeds, and fry in oil until half-cooked.
- Quince: 100 g

Cover the fried pieces of pork with fried quince slices, sprinkle with cinnamon, add 3-4 cloves, cover the pan with a lid and cook in the oven.
