Shirataki Wok with Turkey

Chop the pepper into large pieces.
- Ramiro pepper: 60 g

Cut the eggplant into large cubes.

Chop the leek into large pieces.

Cut the turkey into small cubes.
- Turkey breast fillet: 500 g

Combine the chopped ingredients in a deep bowl. Dress with soy sauce.
- Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons

Add olive oil and mustard.
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Dijon mustard: 3 tablespoons

Season with spices.
- Ground dried onion: 1 teaspoon
- Ground chili pepper: 1 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper: 0.5 teaspoon
- Ground white pepper: 0.5 teaspoon

Mix thoroughly and let marinate for at least half an hour.

Then send it to a dry hot deep pan.

After 3 minutes, reduce the heat to medium, stir, and cover with a lid.

Stir after 5-6 minutes and sprinkle with white sesame.

Add the rinsed shirataki noodles in cold water. Mix well.
- Spaghetti shirataki: 200 g

After 3-4 minutes, remove from heat and transfer to a deep dish. Serve sprinkled with a pinch of white and black sesame.
