Cut the fish into pieces about four centimeters long. In a pot, mix oil, soy sauce, sugar, and a little water, bring to a boil, then immediately remove from heat.
- Pollock: 2 kg
- Vegetable oil: 20 ml
- Soy sauce: 150 ml
- Sugar: 10 g

Place sliced radish at the bottom of the pot with sauce, then add pieces of fish on top. After boiling, reduce the heat and simmer until almost all the liquid evaporates.

When the liquid is low, add chopped garlic, onion, and pepper, and simmer on low heat.
