Signature burger with cheddar and barbecue sauce

For the cutlets, season the minced meat with salt and pepper, add eggs and fat, and divide into four parts of 200 grams each. Shape into round cutlets.
- Ground beef: 600 g
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Beef fat: 200 g
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Salt: to taste

For cherry sauce, mix all ingredients and place on the stove. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
- Frozen cherries: 150 g
- Sugar: 60 g
- Ground cinnamon: to taste
- Cardamom: to taste
- Demi-glace sauce: 50 ml

Slice the onion into thin rings and blanch in boiling water. Cut the tomatoes and pickled cucumbers into thin slices.
- Red onion: 1 head
- Tomatoes: 2 pieces
- Pickles: 4 pieces

Fry the patties in a pan or on a grill to the desired doneness. Place cheddar cheese on top of each patty, followed by two slices of bacon.
- Ground beef: 600 g
- Cheddar cheese: 80 g
- Bacon: 100 g

For burgers, slice the buns, warm or toast them and spread with cherry sauce. On the bottom half of the bun, place a lettuce leaf, pickled cucumber, tomato, red onion, two patties with bacon and cheddar cheese on top. Add cherry and barbecue sauces and close with the top half of the bun. Serve with fries and a sauce of choice on the side.
- Hamburger bun: 4 pieces
- Iceberg lettuce: 6 pieces
- Pickles: 4 pieces
- Tomatoes: 2 pieces
- Red onion: 1 head
