Quick lazy cabbage rolls are a simplified version of a traditional Russian dish that retains rich flavor and aroma. Historically, cabbage rolls require time and careful preparation, but this recipe allows you to enjoy their taste without lengthy work. Juicy pork mince, stewed cabbage, tomato paste, and rice create a harmonious balance of flavors, while tender carrots and onions add sweetness and depth. The dish is hearty, warming, and homely—perfect for cozy family dinners. Serving with sour cream makes it even softer and richer. The ease of preparation makes this version of cabbage rolls an excellent choice for those who want to quickly and deliciously feed their loved ones.
