Chop the potatoes, onions, and seitan very finely. Heat some olive oil in a non-stick pan, add the onion, seitan, and soy sauce. Then add the potatoes and simmer everything on low heat until the potatoes turn golden brown. Mix well and add diced vegan cheese. Simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Potato: 4 pieces
- Onion: 0.5 head
- Seitan: 50 g
- Soy sauce: 30 ml
- Olive oil: 40 ml
- Cheese: 200 g

When the cheese starts to melt, flip the frico with a plate and fry it on the other side.
