Slice the onion into thin rings and lightly fry in oil.
- Onion: 300 g
- Butter: 3 tablespoons

Add flour and broth, mix well and simmer on low heat until thickened.
- Wheat flour: 3 tablespoons
- Meat broth: 250 g

Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel them while warm. Cut into wedges and place in sauce, season well with pepper and salt, and leave on low heat for another 5 minutes.
