Home-style pots with chicken

Homestyle pots with chicken are the embodiment of the coziness of Russian cuisine, a recipe passed down through generations. In ancient times, pots were used for slow-cooking food in the oven, creating rich flavors and aromas. Tender chicken fillet fried to a golden crust, juicy vegetables and potatoes absorb spices and butter, creating a harmonious blend of tastes. Long baking in the oven allows the ingredients to unfold, and the final touch—melted cheese—makes the dish especially appetizing. It’s the perfect treat for a family dinner or a cozy evening when you want to enjoy the traditional taste of home-cooked food.
