Place chicken legs in a bowl, add finely chopped garlic, soy sauce, teriyaki, freshly ground black pepper, and leave in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Chicken drumstick: 800 g
- Garlic: 5 clove
- Soy sauce: 70 ml
- Teriyaki sauce: 30 ml
- Ground black pepper: to taste

After 15 minutes, place the peeled ginger root and marinated chicken legs in a well-heated wok with oil.
