Chinese fried rice with eggs and spices - how it is prepared in China and everywhere where there is a strong Chinese culinary influence. And in general - this dish has long since become a worldwide one.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Whisk the eggs with salt using a fork or chopsticks.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces

Heat 30 ml of vegetable oil in a wok and fry the eggs, stirring with a spatula. Then transfer to a clean dish.
- Vegetable oil: 60 ml

Take the pre-cooked and cooled rice, and break up all the clumps with oiled hands.
- Jasmine rice: 185 g

In the same wok, add more oil and quickly sauté the minced ginger and garlic.

Add rice and fry it, stirring constantly, for a couple of minutes.

Add diced onion and continue to stir for another minute or two.

Then add the omelet, season with salt and pepper to taste, and continue frying and stirring. The rice should not stick to the bottom of the wok.

Pour soy sauce around the edge of the wok, continue frying for another 30 seconds, then add chopped green onions, mix well and remove from heat.
