Coldbrew with tonic

Summer drink from the cooperative "Black". This method of brewing coffee requires 12 hours of infusion. So prepare in advance.

To prepare cold brew using Toddy (a plastic container with filters), you need 2 kg of beans and 11680 ml of water. The grind should be coarse, about the size of raw sugar crystals. The ground beans should be placed in a paper filter bag, then into the container, and filled with cold water.
- Ground coffee: to taste

After that, the grains need to be mixed to ensure the water moistens the maximum surface of the coffee. Then, the container should be placed in the refrigerator for 12 hours. After 12 hours, remove the paper filter with the ground beans, allowing it to drain, but not completely, otherwise the concentrate will be bitter.

After that, the ready concentrate must be diluted with water in a ratio of 1/3 before use. This is for making cold brew in its pure form. For the cold brew drink with tonic, undiluted concentrate is used.

To get the drink, pour 75 ml of cold brew concentrate into a glass, and then slowly add 210 ml of tonic.
