For this drink, we need a base - cold tea. The best choice is green tea with jasmine or oolong. Brew a liter of tea in advance and put it in the fridge. Set the ice to freeze.

For 1 liter of tea, we will thaw 200 g of mango puree and 50 g of passion fruit puree.
