Boil the sea buckthorn in boiling water for 15 minutes. Once foam appears, remove the container from the heat. Strain the broth well and wait for it to cool slightly.
- Sea buckthorn: 80 g
- Water: 1 l

Boil water in a separate container. Add honey and stir until fully dissolved. Add finely chopped ginger. Also add cloves, cinnamon, and sliced oranges. Boil everything for 10 minutes.
- Honey: 150 g
- Ginger root: 35 g
- Ground cloves: 5 g
- Cinnamon: 5 g
- Oranges: 2 pieces

Leave the drink to cool for 30 minutes. Then strain it. Add the sea buckthorn infusion to the almost ready sbiten. Mix everything thoroughly.
