This exquisite coffee drink with aromatic spices, citrus zest, and fine cognac is a true delight for connoisseurs of unusual flavor combinations. Its roots trace back to European traditions of winter warming drinks, where spices and alcohol add depth to the taste and create a cozy atmosphere. Rich, bold coffee harmoniously blends with the warmth of cinnamon, the spiciness of cloves, and fresh citrus notes of lemon and orange. The addition of cognac and caramelized sugar gives the drink a refined nobility.
