This refreshing plum lemonade with thyme and sage is a true elixir of summer coolness. Plum, traditionally used in Eastern and European cuisine, gives the drink a slight tartness, while the combination of sage and thyme offers a delicate aroma with herbal notes. Lime adds freshness, and brown sugar provides a soft sweetness that harmoniously ties the flavors together. This lemonade quenches thirst perfectly and is suitable as a standalone drink or as an addition to picnics and summer parties. It refreshes ideally on a hot day, and its complex aroma makes it a true gastronomic delight. The drink reveals itself even better after prolonged steeping, allowing all the ingredients to create an unparalleled flavor symphony.
