This soy milkshake is the perfect choice for athletes looking to recover and nourish their bodies with nutrients. Take a 2-liter blender, pour in milk, and add fructose to taste (it's 1.8 times sweeter than sugar), blend for one minute.
- Skim milk: 10 glasss

Add soy yogurt, ice cream, and chopped fruits, blend for 3 minutes at maximum speed.
