Pour water into a saucepan, add sugar, and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook for about five minutes until syrup forms. Remove from heat and cool. Mix the syrup with sea buckthorn juice and place in the freezer. After an hour, stir thoroughly, then repeat this process two to three more times, after which leave the granita in the refrigerator overnight.
