Cranberry juice with ginger is a fragrant drink that combines the tartness of cranberries and the spicy warmth of ginger. Its roots trace back to European culinary traditions, where cranberries have long been used to make healthy and refreshing beverages. This juice has a rich flavor: the sweet-sour notes of cranberry are harmoniously complemented by the warming spiciness of ginger. The drink not only quenches thirst but also boosts immunity due to its high vitamin and antioxidant content. It is perfect for winter evenings when you want to warm up and refreshes excellently in summer heat when served chilled. It can be enjoyed on its own or paired with desserts, as well as used as a base for cocktails. This drink is a simple way to enjoy natural freshness and recharge with energy.

1
Pour the frozen cranberries into a strainer, rinse under cold water, then place the strainer over an empty pot and leave to thaw. When the cranberries are soft, use a small ladle or a regular spoon to crush all the berries in the strainer so that the juice drips into the pot through the strainer's holes.
- Frozen Cranberries: 300 g
2
When there are almost no whole berries left in the strainer, pour in a little warm boiled water and stir the pulp with a spoon so that all the remaining juice flows into the pot with the water. If necessary, repeat the procedure several times until only the tough skins of the berries remain in the strainer. Discard the pulp.
3
Dilute the contents of the pot with warm boiled water (about 2 liters of water is needed for 300 grams of berries to make a rich juice), add a piece of peeled fresh ginger, and add sugar to taste. Stir and let it steep a little.
- Fresh ginger: 20 g
- Sugar: to taste
