Greek coffee is a drink that embodies the rich traditions of Greece. It is prepared in a cezve, allowing the coffee aroma to fully develop and create a thick, rich flavor with caramel notes. This brewing method gives the coffee a characteristic foam that makes it particularly smooth on the palate. The sweetness of sugar balances the bitterness of the coffee, creating a harmonious blend. In Greece, it is enjoyed slowly, savoring the moment and warm conversation. This coffee pairs perfectly with traditional desserts like baklava or loukoum and is an integral part of Greek culture.
