Its roots go back to Europe, where the tradition of brewing spiced ale for Christmas has existed for centuries. This ale has a rich, deep flavor with notes of caramelized apples, warm spices, and a hint of citrus freshness. The combination of cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger gives it depth while baked apples add fruity softness. Served hot with half an apple in the mug, it not only warms but also creates a magical mood.
