The drink was prepared in our kitchen by Vladimir Malakhov, head bartender of the Lumicino restaurant.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Remove 60 grams of zest from lemons using a vegetable peeler. Also, remove zest from lime.
- Lime zest: 10 g
- Lemon: 8 pieces

Send lemon and lime zest to the blender, add lime leaves, and pour in vodka.
- Lime zest: 10 g
- Lemon: 8 pieces
- Lime leaves: 5 piece
- Vodka: 1 l

Blend the contents of the blender so that the zest and leaves are chopped into small pieces.

Pour the mass into a bag, seal it, and send it to sous-vide at 65 degrees for 3 hours. Then allow the infusion to cool completely in the bag.

Squeeze juice from lemons.

Strain the lemon infusion through a sieve.

Add lemon juice and sugar to the infusion. Mix well until the sugar dissolves.
