Prepare all the ingredients.

First, you need to prepare the sea buckthorn. Place the sea buckthorn in a saucepan and add water.
- Sea buckthorn: 300 g
- Water: 300 ml

Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and send the sea buckthorn with water to the blender.

Strain and filter through a sieve.

Next is tea. Randomly slice ginger and orange.
