It couldn't be simpler: apples and tangerines, taken in almost equal proportions, and sugar. You can make this every day, especially if it's dark and cold outside.

Peel the mandarins, separate into segments, and place on a plate. Remove the white flesh from the mandarin peel, finely chop the top layer (zest) into strips, boil in a glass of water, and strain.
