Apple syrup and apple juice in equal proportions with alcohol. A light and fresh cocktail, the recipe for which was given to us by Nikolaos Mirtskhulava, bar manager of Megobari.

Mix gin, liqueur, syrup, lemon juice, and apple juice in a shaker. Shake all the ingredients.
- Gin: 40 ml
- Triple sec liqueur: 15 ml
- Apple syrup: 15 ml
- Lemon juice: 20 ml
- Apple juice: 40 ml

Pour into a glass with ice, add soda, and garnish with a slice of apple or a sprig of rosemary.
