Sparkling, cold, snowy. Thanks to the playful bubbles of champagne (or any other sparkling wine), it perfectly quenches both the anticipation of a magical New Year's holiday and ordinary thirst.

Pour the liqueur, lemon juice, cranberry juice, and syrup into the blender bowl.
- Elderberry liqueur: 180 ml
- Cranberry juice: 360 ml
- Sugar syrup: 120 ml
- Lemon juice: 120 ml

Mix, pour into an airtight container, and refrigerate overnight.

Pour the chilled mixture into the punch bowl just before serving.

Slowly pour very cold champagne and mineral water on top and stir.
