Chop the gooseberries into puree with a blender. Remove large pieces of skin if necessary.
- Gooseberry: 60 g

Place the puree in a tall glass, add elderflower cordial, lemon juice, and ice. Stir with a long-handled bar spoon.
- Elderberry syrup: 15 ml
- Lemon juice: 15 ml
- Ice: to taste
