Choose sweet and fragrant apples. If the natural sweetness of the apples is not enough, you can add 500 ml of unsweetened children's apple juice or another sweetener to taste.
- Apple: 1 kg
- Oranges: 1 piece

Cut apples and oranges into small pieces, pour in water, put on high heat and bring to a boil.

Add spices, cook for 5 minutes, then reduce the heat to low and let simmer for 20-30 minutes.
- Carnation: 10 pieces
- Black allspice: 6 pieces
- Cinnamon sticks: 3 pieces

Remove from heat, mash a little with a masher, and strain. In this case, it is preferable to use cheesecloth to further squeeze the liquid from the apples (be careful, it's hot!).
