Put the seeds in the blender. Add 2 cups of water. Turn on the blender for 1-2 minutes.
- Hemp seeds: 0.3 glass
- Water: 2 glasss

Separate the seeds from the resulting milk (optional). Pour the milk into a large bowl through a special bag or cheesecloth. Squeeze the bag so that all the milk inside drains into the bowl. Discard the seed pulp left in the bag.

If desired, sugar can be added to the milk. Pour the milk into a container and place it in the coldest part of the refrigerator. The milk can be stored for 2-3 days.
