    Grind the seeds in a blender. Take the soaked seeds (drain the water) and place them in the blender. Add 4 cups of fresh clean water. Turn on the blender for 1-2 minutes to grind the seeds.

    Separate the sunflower seeds from the resulting milk. Pour the milk into a large bowl through a special bag or cheesecloth. Squeeze the bag so that all the milk inside drains into the bowl. The seed pulp will remain in the bag.
