Grind the seeds in a blender. Take the soaked seeds (drain the water) and place them in the blender. Add 4 cups of fresh clean water. Turn on the blender for 1-2 minutes to grind the seeds.
- Sunflower seeds: 1 glass

Separate the sunflower seeds from the resulting milk. Pour the milk into a large bowl through a special bag or cheesecloth. Squeeze the bag so that all the milk inside drains into the bowl. The seed pulp will remain in the bag.

Put the milk in the refrigerator. If desired, sugar can be added to the milk. Pour the milk into a container and place it in the coldest part of the refrigerator. The milk can be stored for 2-3 days.
