Take the soaked almonds (drain the water) and place them in a blender. Add 4 cups of fresh water. Turn on the blender for 1-2 minutes to grind the almonds.
- Almond: 1 glass
- Water: 4 glasss

Separate the almonds from the resulting milk (if desired). Pour the almond milk into a large bowl through special bags or cheesecloth. Squeeze the bag so that all the milk inside drains into the bowl. Let the almond pulp remain in the bag.

If desired, sugar can be added to the milk. Pour the milk into a container and place it in the coldest part of the refrigerator. The milk can be stored for 2-3 days.
